Thanksgiving Weekend

We started out Thanksgiving day by building a snowman! Ryan and Jake (with a little help from Hudson) built this great snowman before we headed out... Then we spent the day at my parent's home celebrating Thanksgiving...

The next day we spent at Ryan's parent house for "Noodle Night!" This is a great tradition - Paulette makes homemade noodles for an amazing turkey noodle soup!

The following day was "Pizza Night" at Ryan's Uncle Brooks and Aunt Dorothy's home. This is another great tradition - Brooks prepares the yummiest homemade pizzas, and lets the kids take turns making their own!

What a fun weekend! Our boys did reach fun's maximum capacity on Saturday night however and we left early with two very tired, very cranky, very expressive little boys! I guess we did pack a lot of fun into a few days!

To their credit, they were both sick with colds all weekend! On Monday I took them to the pediatrician only to learn that Jake has a sinus infection and Hudson has both a sinus infection and an ear infection! No wonder they had a limit to the fun and activity they could handle... Hopefully they'll be back to themselves quickly!
