Jacob has a new cousin! Brooke, Jeff and big sister Gracie welcomed Charles Jeffrey (Charlie) this afternoon at about 3:00pm. He weighed in at 9lbs 6oz and is 21.5 inches long. He is so incredibly precious... with big brown eyes and brown hair. Here is Charlie at about 30 minutes old...
