A couple of years ago, I gave in, and we bought a fake Christmas tree. I am having a hard time letting go of the Christmas Tree Hunt tradition though! So this year we decided to take the boys on a hunt for the perfect tree, just for them.
Saturday morning we set out on the Great Christmas Tree Hunt...
We told Jacob he could choose any tree he wanted, and he took his job of picking the perfect tree very seriously!
Jake checked in with Hudson to make sure they both wanted this (perfect) tree...
They agreed on this one...
and Daddy carried it to our car!
The boys trimmed their tree with colored lights, a flashing lights star tree topper, and all their favorite ornaments...
