Christmas Eve

We had such a wonderful Christmas this year... and I should probably blog about it before too much time passes! We spent Christmas Eve with my whole family - and had a great time! Hayden showed up ready to party! There was a little indoor football...
Papa even joined in (just days after major surgery on his knee)...
A happy boy on a happy day!
After the little ones napped, we exchanged presents (not that anyone was excited about that!)...
Hudson loved getting so many new animal things...
And Jake was thrilled with some new "mcqueen" cars...
Hudson's animal collection is beginning to rival Jake's car collection!
...and that is a good thing for this little guy! Michael and Megan had just returned (all tanned and relaxed) from their honeymoon in Jamaica! They even taught us a little dance they learned while there!
Jake loves his new drum from his Uncle Michael and Auntie Megan! Hudson and Clara played with his animals and her new doll house together for quite awhile...
My sweet Jakey.
Hayden trying out his new Ironman costume...
It was so fun having Michael and his bride there!
Grandma June sent this amazing Fire Chief costume (complete with a siren and extinguisher!). He used a slinky for a fire hose and ran around the house putting out fires... and didn't take his costume off until changing in to his new Christmas PJs (much later) at our house...

We enjoyed a great meal together before coming home to our house. The boys opened a present waiting for them by the tree - new Christmas PJs - and happily went to bed, tired from a great day and anticipating Christmas morning!
