Gingerbread Cookies...

We've been a bit stir crazy since being snowed in (we have ventured out - but only in the Landcruiser - so we're sharing a car these days!). Jake and I spent some time yesterday afternoon making gingerbread cookies - or "man" as Jake calls each cookie!

(look closely at that mischievous little grin on his face... two seconds later that "ball" of dough was flying through the air!)
