My good friend Amanda and I took our kiddos to see the garden of lights and the arrival of Santa Claus this past Friday night at our little city community center. When we first arrived we couldn't find the "garden" so we snapped a couple of pics in front of the trees that were lighted outside (thinking to ourselves... "some garden of lights!?"). Once we got inside we found the courtyard all lit up with thousands of lights (ahhh.... much better!). Jake and Jada had a blast checking them all out. Then we made our way down to the fields for Santa's arrival. Santa comes to Woodinville in a helicopter (of course!) and the kids thought that was pretty amazing! 
oh yes... these lights are much better!
"why do you think we are hanging out here in the field at night time, Jada?"
"ohhh... a helicopter!"
I over exposed this last one so you could see Santa getting off the helicopter (not a great picture - but maybe you get the idea?)...
A very fun night with very good friends!
