We usually only get one or two snows a year - so when it happens we take full advantage of it!!
The boys were out first thing Sunday morning!
...and then it was in from the cold for a warm cup of Hot Cocoa!
which Hudson did not like, at all!
But Jacob did!
(and even finished off Hudson's!)
After it warmed up a bit we took Emmy out for her first play in the snow!!
She loved it!!! She loved being able to crawl around outside and the way the snow looked and felt! She was in awe!
He may not have loved the Cocoa... but he thoroughly enjoyed eating the snow!
...and that about sums up DAY 1 of our snow week!
We ended up with 11 inches before it all started to melt yesterday... and lots of memories of snowmen, sledding, a snow fort (complete with a sledding ramp), snow angels, crawling around, eating snow and snow ball fights! I'll post the rest of our snow pictures in another post...
